We landed into problem as the log FMCTRC.LOG became full. We had to copy to some othe location so that we can have some space on the disk.
Following is a typical error I found
------------------- Error occured. Extended Trace Buffers follow --------------------------------

Can somebody tell me how to decipher whats' going on wrong with the system? I know something is wrong, But from users point of view everry thing is fine...
if I use "ENDMQTRC" what would be the effect? Will it stop writing the errors for that instance of workflow or will it stop forever? please throw some light

ENDMQTRC will have no affect as that stops tracing at the MQ level. You can stop the MQWF trace by entering 'fmczchk -c trc:0'.

The output you included doesn't seem to indicate an error. Is there something in the log prior to this that might indicate a problem. I wouldn't recommend that you run with tracing on unless you are trying to debug some specific problem, especially if this is a production machine.
