Using WebSphere 7.0 on Linux x86_64 and Solaris

When we dequeue a message with MQRFH2 headers, we have to update some
fields and copy the header back into replies. I looked at Using C++
guide and see that message can contain format of MQFMT_RF_HEADER but
don't see any operations to set/get NameValueData field.

Can someone please point to examples of parsing and composing MQRFH2 headers in C++?
