I am wondering whether someone can help me in Patrol Operator?

My colleague used to work on prod monitoring who is not in office due to some urgency before I work with him to get updated. I am getting an alarm on chEventOutstanding attribute under a serverconn channel. Everthings seem alright. No message pending, number of chanell connected are normal.

Sorry, but I could not even get documentation so I need some help if some one can actually tell me what does not even indicate?
