I'm trying to add a MQHeader node to my flow and I put a Value of 100 in the Expiry part of the MQHeader Node. But no matter what its getting set to -1 for Unlimited. Does this node work? |

Does the trace (user trace/tracenode) after the MQHeader node show the changed value?
Does the trace (user trace/tracenode) after the MQOuptut node show the changed value? |

No, did a trace and after the MQHeader and before the MQOutput the Expiry is set to -1. If I use MQExplorer and browse the message its set to Unlimited |

Is the MQOuput node set to "pass all" or to "default"? _________________ MQ & Broker admin |

Well, yeah. I was going there until he said the trace *after* the MQHeader and *before* the MQOutput showed the wrong value.
Now I'm wondering about the exact settings on the MQHeader node. |

Willl check that in the morning. Which setting should it be? Pass All?
On the MQ Header node i have it set on Add/Carry Forward Header and all set to inherit except Expiry and I put a value of 100 on it. |

Does the inbound message have an MQMD already? If so, have you tried Modify? _________________ Honesty is the best policy.

I was wrong last night, I have it set on Add/Modify header, with every value on Inherit except for Expiry I set it to 100.
It did not have a header on it before it gets to MQHeader Node. |
