Hello,
We have a requirement where we have to tweak the Workflow message generated by Pm4data.
Pm4data generates a workflow msg that has payload data appended into it and sends that message to a app A. The app A sends a response message back to Pm4data to update the status.
I wanted to know what are the fields that are necessary for Pm4DATA if app B wants to send the same or different status.

I tried searching in the documentation that explains the specifics of the workflow message. can anyone help me with this please?

Can anyone post a sample workflow message for reference please?
