Hi All,
We used have 5 queue managers in 5 different servers in a MQ cluster called CLUSTER1. We have recently decommissioned the two of the servers(partial repository) and I forgot to suspend those two QMGR's from the cluster before the servers are decommissioned.
Right now we are getting lot of channel retry alerts on the full repository queue manager. The retying channels are cluster sender channels pointing to decommissioned servers queue managers. Our both full repository queue managers are in Z/OS and from the zOS panels it is not showing any option to delete those cluster sender channels.
Can any one help me how can I remove those cluster objects from a full repository queue manager.
RESET CLUSTER(<CLUSTER NAME>) ACTION(FORCEREMOVE) QMID(<QMID OF DECOMMISSIONED QUEUE MANAGER>) QUEUES(YES)
It took me all of seconds to find that in the InfoCentre......your next fish is a trout _________________ It's puzzling, I don't think I've ever seen anything quite like this before...and it's hard to soar like an eagle when you're surrounded by turkeys.
