Is there a way to query the adapter for its version level? In this case,mySAP.com adapter. This would be similar to listing java version via the java -version command.

Is there a way to get this info?

We parse the adapter log file with a custom app/script. The info is in there.

If there is a better way... I don´t know.

To get the version of the adapter JarVersion.sh is available inside the bin folder of the WICS root folder.

For example if WICS root folder is /wics, check /wics/bin folder for JarVersion.sh script.

To get the version of JText adapter
/wics/bin/JarVersion.sh /wics/connectors/JText/CWJText.jar
