Hi,

Had anyone used the supportpac MH41 to record the msgId and the date/time on AS400?

I followed the instructions and tried to set the MSGEXIT and MSGUSRDATA. But not successful.

WebSphere MQ channel changed.



And the channel cannot start, always in retry mode with the following in the error log.

Cause . . . . . : Channel program 'TSE.PPSGMID.DPAUCOP' ended because user

channel definition, and that the user exit program is correct and available.
Technical Description . . . . . . . . : None.

It appears that MQ could not load "AMQSCMX4 MH41" as a channel exit module. Ensure this is a valid module name and the module is correctly stored in the file location that MQ expects it to be, and MQ has authority to read and execute it.

It is working now. The AS400 engineer missed some steps when she is building the program.
