Yes, hopefully I can help you.
What platform is your HPUX server running on? Is it PA-RISC, or Itanium? |

Whats the permissions on the file? Do you have execute permissions?
Which user are you running the file as? |

He does have the inside track. But current custodian rather than author IIRC. _________________ Honesty is the best policy.

Doesnt mean I cant chuck my thoughts in though does it?
Few of us are IBMers, does that mean we shouldnt comment on the MQ or broker products?
I'm only trying to help and to me a big cause of

is a user not having execute permission on a particular file. |

Perish the thought!
There's a slightly insider joke running here which probably wasn't appropriate in public. No offense was intended, and apologies offered for any inadvertently caused. _________________ Honesty is the best policy.

Sure, but I think akm.mohan solved that

and I changed the shell and ran the same command. |
And to me
Quote: |
ksh: ./saveqmgr.hp: cannot execute |
looks like running the PA-RISC version on an Itanium system.
But pending further information from akm.mohan, either here or through the "official" support channel of MS03 which consists of "send me an email to the address listed in the read.me". |
