hey again, well, like i said i'm new to the Transaction managers -
well, i get this error when i'm trying to GET msg, with the adapter.
its windows 2003 service pack 2.
WMQ version: 5.3 SP 11
both of the dlls "amqmtsxatm.dll, amqmtsxatmc.dll" are correctly in the registry, (c:\program files\ibm\websphere mq\bin\amq...dll, etc...)
the NT AUTHORITY \ NETWORK SERVICE (3-1-5-20) has full permissions on @SYSTEM folder of Websphere MQ,
everything in the msdtc enviorment is checked correctly (the security is also at - no auth).
um, thats it.
it still gets 2354 when getting a transactional msg, where regular get works.
any idea? thanks!
Ariel. |

have you tried c:\progra~1\ibm\websph~1 as path, without the spaces? _________________ Michael

A couple of years ago when we tried to upgrade MQ from 5.3 CSD8 to 5.3 CSD10 or 11 we got these errors on the Biztalk MQ server and gave up. Rolled back to CSD8.
When we upgraded these servers to 6.0.2.1 this past fall I was waiting to see if the same errors would show and they didn't.
Upgrade. MQ 5.3 is not supported as of 09-28-2007. If you have to be at 5.3 for some bad reason, then at least try CSD14, the latest. Otherwise try MQ 6.0.2.3. _________________ Peter Potkay

well, i tried the c:\progra~1\ibm\websph~1 , didnt work.
i don't have CSD14, only 13. so i need to take it from my ibm provider.
u sure it will fix it? i tried also to downgrade to CSD08, same error.
i can't move to MQ 6 untill it is fully tested, then we'll make a move to the new version. so right now 6 is out of question.
any more ideas ? |

Which version of Biztalk, 2004?
BTS 2006 has provided new MQ adapters which may work better.
You might fix the above error using the extended transactional client perhaps? |

Hi Zpat,
Thankyou for your response. The problem got resolved. the networ service user ID was the hindering object here. we managed to work around with that. thanks again. _________________ Jogi |
