Hi 2 All,

Is there any command to see status of message flow whether its in Running or Stopped state.

I tried with mqsilist <broker> -e <exegrp> : it displays all the flows in exegroup. (where in Windows we can see status of flow in tool kit.)

Can any one tell me the command to display status of message flow.

Thanks,
Sudha.

CMP API exerciser shall be of help to you..

you can see the message flow status only thru toolkit or thru CMP API exerciser or by writing your own code, calling these API's

There's a plug-in for WebSphere MQ Explorer v6.0.2.0 that will let you see the traffic lights for WMB flows like we used to see in the old version of the broker toolkit. Note that it's for MQ Explorer, NOT the Broker Toolkit... so you may be out of luck if you don't use (or are not allowed to use) MQ Explorer!..

Check it out:

no

you can use the CMP sample programs which when supplied the .configmgr file, gives the status of all flows deployed in domain.

have a look at CMP API programming guide.

Hi All,

To add to Sudhakar's query:

My pilot message flow involves many sub-flows which uses WTX nodes (where maps run) and MQ nodes. The response from the DTX nodes (after the elapsed time run of maps) send to MQ nodes.

Is there any WMB message-flow monitoring tool/mechanism available? to follow exactly where the processing is happening.

Thanks.

Could you please send the helping files to varun_gupta@syntelinc.com and shashi.varun.gupta@gmail.com

It would have been great if you could have given it in the forum but then as you said you can't. Never mind.

Thanks for the help.

If the upload is a technical issue not a political or intelectual property one, there is a Files & Sample Code section on the forum. Drop a PM to the administrator and discuss
