Hi,

I see that the product infocenter http://publib.boulder.ibm.com/infocenter/wmqfte/v7r0/index.jsp now says "last updated February 2009 in time for Fix Pack 7.0.0.1", and that http://www.ibm.com/support/us/en/ contains this entry "PK82917: MDV FOR WEBSPHERE MQ FILE TRANSFER EDITION 7.0.0.1 ON Z/OS"...

...but I cannot find any link to a downloadable 7.0.0.1 for distributed platforms.

Can you help?

Hi Fred,

The delivery mechanisms for zOS and non-zOS platforms are different, and for one reason and another the zOS version has passed through the process faster. I'm afraid I don't have a date for the distributed version - it's somewhat out of our hands now - but we're as eager as you are for it to be available

As the first fixpack for a new product we were unlucky enough to run into a number of obstacles both administrative and technical, but I'm glad to say that FixPack 7.0.0.1 is finally out there. FTE customers can download it from:
