Is there a way to convert .dictionary file( in Barfile) to .mxsd

AFAIK there is no decompiler for any of the formats going into a bar file.
You need to retrieve the source from your source tag in your source file control system. (You do have one of those don't you, and you did build a tag, didn't you)?
