Whenever someone insert any message into MQ I want my ESB to read it automatically.
I think there must be some configuration either in Websphere MQ or in your connection factory/queue of WAS.

Does anyone have any idea one it? I really appreciate any suggestion.

Have you tried an MDB?

I m newbie in this but I think MDB comes in to the picture when you use internal Bus of Websphere right??
Even though please guide me in tht I will try tht too...

You will need the MDB regardles of whether you use the SIBus or not. Have a look at the acitvation specification of WAS. This should help configure all the bits you need.
