Hello,
Are there any keyboard shortcuts for standard operations like check-in, check-out, properties, deploy etc. ?

Miron,
Unfortunately, there is no keyboard shortcuts in control center for check-in, check-out, deploy etc. Shortcut is only available for Creating/Opening/Saving workspace and setting display property for tabs.
Hopefully, next major release of WMQI will have these features
