Hello,

We have designed a message flow where we have a mapping node mapped to each fields in data base table. When I try to test the bar file I am getting the following database exception.

Child SQL exception-28000--1017--[DataDirect][ODBC Oracle driver][Oracle]ORA-01017: invalid username/password; logon denied

I have issued the command mqsisetdbparms which has the DSN , User id and password of the oracle database that I am connecting to. But I am still facing this error.

The weird thing is it works on my local system for first few instances of testing and fails on consecutive testings. It fails on development server on the first test.

Does anyone has faced a problem like this?

On my first take on this problem i would try with a select statement on the table by using a compute node and test it....still experience the same problem...i would use a GUI tool to test it.

Have you checked that Oracle on the development server has been correctly configured for the username/password. I you able to connect to the database using SQLplus (or similar tool) from the broker ? Have you followed the MB help on setting up the DSN for an Oracle Database ? You could also try using the Data Explorer perspective to connect to the Oracle Database....

i suspect, there could happen some typo mistakes while setting the dbparams in MQSI

by getting in to Data Perspective and check that way too
