Est il possible de savoir coté publicateur si un récepteur à consommé un message sans modification du récepteur ?

Well the answer to this (IIUC) is that there should be no connection between the publisher and the subscriber(s), because of the dynamic nature of the messages. No publisher can know how many subscribers a given message will have.

Publicateur ? Canadien?
Le modele utilisant publication/souscription a pour paradigme que le consommateur est completement independant de la publication. En d'autre termes un agent publiant ses messages n'a aucune connaissance des consommateurs desdit messages.
Il est possible d'avoir l'information desiree en utilisant les resources systemes qui verifient sa bonne marche. Il faudra que la souscription demande un point de livraison specifique par souscripteur. Ainsi si les messages ne sont pas consommes au point de livraison le systeme de surveillance (Monitoring) enverra la notification aux parties interressees.

The PUB/SUB model declares that the consumer is totally independent from the publisher. In other words the publisher has no knowledge at all of the consumer or even of its existence.
It is however possible to obtain this information using the system resources that do the monitoring. You would need for the consumer to request a specific destination/queue (delivery point) for his subscription. Thus if messages at the destination are not consumed the monitoring agent can notify the relevant interested parties.
