Can anyone give me the link/URL where I can give free online test to evaluate my current skill level.

In fact, being able to find the sample test yourself is the first mark of qualification.

If you can't find it yourself on IBMs website, then you are almost certainly not ready to write the exam.

Also, note, this site DOES NOT provide ANY assistance with Certifications AT ALL.
