Hi,

An exception occurs when a first requests hits the process server after a
long inactive period.
So a time out occurs with " Request communication Error".

Is it like for the Messaging engine and other internal process is taking up a lot of time to resume operation after its sleep period? i guess something like this.

Do we have any process or configuration so tht it does not happens.

Any response on this is appreciated.
