| in my laptop(windows xp) i have upgraded to mq 6.0. version from mq 5.3 after that i installed fix pack 6.0.2.4. when i issued dspmqver from command prompt showing version 6.0.2.4. it's fine but mq explorer version displays 6.0. i am expecting version 6.0.2.4 in mq explorer too? what i need to do? |

WMQ FixPacks do contain s/w updates for MQ Explorer, see http://www-01.ibm.com/support/docview.wss?rs=171&uid=swg27007069 . I think you will need to compare the version of each MQ Explorer Feature, Plug-in and Configuration files to see what may have changed, not just the overall version of MQE. Click the buttons in the "Help - About IBM WebSphere MQ Explorer" window.

Which you would not see if you were at 6.0.0.0 only or at 6.0.2.3. You might see them if you were at 6.0.2.5, but you would also see ones at 6.0.2.5 as well. |
