Do we have any exe or programs which keeps monitoring a queue and send messages to the ReplyToQ.

Yes.

The ones you write yourself.

Building a reply message takes business logic.

There's a *ton* of information on this, that is mere inches from your fingers, awaiting only you to take YOUR OWN TIME to read it, try things, read it again, try some more things, and as an end result LEARN something.

If you do that, you might end up finding pieces of code that are provided as an example that you can base your own code on.

What would be the point of a supplied exe that just sends reply messages? Typically replies are the answers to questions posed by requests and hence are user written applications because they must respond based on message content.

dspmqrte is a supplied program (v6 and v7) that sends a message down the network and captures routing and timing information about the delivery of the message. It sends summary information back to a reply-to-queue.
