Hello,

I'm using supportpack IS02 to display broker statistics in WMQ Explorer. It's installed in a test system.
Two questions I have:
- in a production system the impact of activating statistics is documented?
- how to maintain an history for statistics collected?

Thanks
joao

instead of this IS02 think of capturing the Statistics by PUB/SUB. where you can capture the graph or details in any format.

Any tool that claims to monitor Message Broker should include functions to do this - Omegamon certainly does, QPasa likely does and etc. etc. etc.

The value of the information you'll get from stats should then tell you how much cost you can justify.

Do not forget to include costs to write something, and spec them out properly so that you have a maintainable solution.
