We are looking at options/ways to handle message throughput for HTTP flows/Services on MB v6.1.0.3 DYNAMICALLY( WITHOUT THE NEED TO RESTART BROKER).

I understand MB docs suggest ways like,
1. Additional Instances - Increasing message flow intsances through broker.xml/bar -> mqsisapplybaroveride which is on the bar file and the new additional instances value gets picked up only with broker restart i believe.

Pleas let me know if anyone is aware of ways/approches to increase additional instance without restarting broker

2. Same for the execution group : Can execution groups be dynamically increased or already created extra egs activated (already creating and activating on need basis) ?

Any help/pointers to achive this will be helpful ?
