That is not the error message. It is a very small part of the error message.
There are several ways in which you can get more information.
a) Look up the BIP number ( Google, or search the online docs )
b) Capture the exception list, and then plug the BIP number and the inserts into the tool supplied with the message broker toolkit
c) Take a user trace. It will contain the full text of this message, and the full text of the other two messages which were issued at the same time
c) is the best option, and you should get into the habit of using it for diagnosing parsing errors.
