Hi,
In our system runtime we have persisted some of the steps through which our msgflows carries data, so that we can restore from the state when there is any failure. Resulting this some of the table stores clob data.
Performance of the system goes down when lots of data are stored in those tables and improves if we just clear out those tables. How indexing can play a important role to speed up the performance without clearing out the data from those tables?
Sorry...Missed before... Here we have used Oracle 10g.. and in couple of tables we have inserted more with CLOB data..and in some runtime table select is more.
