| Multiple versions of MQ and Broker for AIX on ONE box? |

I can't find the answer with certainty in the doc hence my question. Here's the scenario:
1) Assume I have one and only one AIX box.
2) I want to build one TEST queue manager/broker and one PROD queue mgr/broker on this one box. OK. No problem. The queue managers and Broker will be built on MQ V7.0 and Broker V6.1.0.3.
3) Now, assume a new version or maintenance of MQ and Broker comes along, say, MQ V7.1 and Broker V7.0.
4) I want to leave my PROD MQ/Broker at the same level that it was installed: MQ V7 and Broker V6.1.0.3. OK. But, I want to upgrade my TEST MQ and Broker to MQ V7.1 and Broker 7.0.
5) The bottom line question is can I install and have running multiple versions of MQ for AIX on the same box and multiple copies of Broker for AIX installed/running on the same box? Can I do what I want to do in Step 4? |

| you can install multiple versions of WMB but not WMQ. and WMB component names should be unique in one machine, and so should WMQ. |
