I'm seeing some messages on the Dead Letter Queue. When I display them to see the reason code, I see:

| 00000000: 444C 4820 0000 0001 0001 0003 'DLH ........' |
I know that the reason Code is where the 0001 0003 is but that does not seem to make sense.
Anyone have any insight they can add?
