Hi,
When I try to connect to my Config Mgr from my Control Center it hangs, if I click the Help button on the connection panel it bring back this error message.
BIP0067E An unexpected exception occurred: java.io.FileNotFoundException.
A java.io.FileNotFoundException exception occurred which reported the following message:
{2}.
Can anyone help? My Control Center is running on Windows 2000 and is version 2.1. My Config Mgr is on NT.

Is this the first time you are running Control Center on your machine? Do you have write permissions to <mqsi_root>\Tool directory on your local machine? Are you able to connect to Config Mgr from different machine?
You could run your control center in debug mode by changing your batch file to use mqsilcc 1 or 2. Use mqsireadlog and mqsiformatlog commands to retrieve the trace after you get this error.
