I have a AMI C++ application running as a W2k service, set to use a local user id. This userid sets the AMT_HOST environment variable to "amthost1.xml". When started from the W2k services control panel, the service runs fine and picks up the hostname from the proper file (amthost1.xml).

My problem is that the service is configured into Microsoft Clustering as a Generic Resource. When started by the Cluster Administrator, the application does not appear to pick up the environment variable AMT_HOST and instead reads the default "amthost.xml" file.
