HI Atheek / FJ

Some time back I raised an Question for message order rite. when the cancellation comes here booking ??. We just fixed that in the back end itself. Not able to filter in the MDB layer..

Now I come with different Question..

The application and MQ is running in the Server. And if some people who have the access for that server they may send a message to the Queue using standalone Java program. How to identify that the message is coming the registered remote server or not. Are any other security possibilities.. Please assist me..

You need to use SSL or some 3rd party exits if you want to do this.

MQ base product doesn't do any authentications as such.

The easiest and "low budget" option is to restrict at the network layer - firewalls. If you do this you should be trusting the remote server and not just the remote application.
