No - Process Server sits in a corner by itself and doesn't talk to anything else. 
Are you doing some kind of evaluation WF v Process Server? You seem to be posting a lot of management style questions.
To answer properly, Process Server is part of the IBM ESB offering.

Are you doing some kind of evaluation WF v Process Server? You seem to be posting a lot of management style questions.
YES 
we are absolutetly no work in WF so if we bring in WPS , we will get some new work to do..thats the only reason I m pushing management into buying WPS...other than that its of no use to all to the Business / Client..

However..if you think..WPS is better than MQ workflow in anyway..please let me know..
I also know the end of support and all that..but apart from that..
Also we will not be using anything near SOA and WPS is all SOA if i m not wrong..
I dont know Why IBM thinks that everyone will jump on the SOA bandwagon just because they did..

It depends a lot how you use it. But I do agree that it sounds like you will not be using the full pallette of features.

My client is the biggest player in the car manufacturing industry..and thy have no idea what SOA even means..
so my client is not on the SOA bandwagon..

One of the biggest players in the car manufacturing industry is currently getting huge government bailouts. Size is not everything. Though the reason for their problems may be clearer if they share your client's relaxed attitude to out-of-support software, and their belief that it's always going to work.
When I said "everyone", I was speaking more colloquially. A quick glance at any trade publication will show you how many businesses "everyone" is, though I accept your client is clearly not part of "everyone".
At least if they're that large a customer, you should have no trouble getting IBM to sell you a new WF license in spite of any initial reluctance to do so.

Fair enough...
I guess we just live on different continents..
Some continents prefer SOA , some dont..
Thats all i m saying...
I dont want to get in to any flamewars..but thats a fact..

Trust me, if they truly are among the big players in the car manufacturing industry they probably have a SOA project or 2 around.
They just might not be interested in SOA for the part of the project you come in with. If their main exchange is SAP-IDOCS they don't need SOA for that part. Or EDI with ANSI X12 etc...

It's horses for courses. And SOA will last just as long as it takes The Next Big Thing to be devised. When "everyone" will jump on that bandwaggon!
