I have a XML message which I want to change it to three IDOCs.Because I canÂ´t process the IDOCs in the same order as SAP would process them I create "In process" and "Waiting" queues .To process the IDOCs they all are grouped with the same key or ID because I want to distinguish them from the rest of messages in the "Waiting" queue.How can I identify this key or ID for this group of IDOCs?.
How can I put the messages with the same ID or key in the queue from MQSI?.

If i understood your problem correctly, you need to group the IDOC messages generated out of WMQI Message flow.

You can generate unique id for the group and group it by setting MQMD.GroupID field in message flow for all individual (I1, I2 and I3) messages.

SAP MQSeries application can get I1 message from "In process" queue first and get the group-id and get I2 and I3 message from "waiting queue" with the group-id.
