Maybe you're out of resource?

Look for a matching FDC file & check the probe id.

You claim to have 9 queue managers running on what is obviously a Windows machine. I wonder if you're out of memory, or similar.

An FDC file is a WMQ error file, containing diagnostic information primarilly of value only to IBM but with a Probe Id at the top. A Google of this often gives an indication of the problem.

Look in <path to WMQ on your disk>/errors IIRC (and I may not!)

It might also be an interesting experiment to try "strmqm VPR4" rather than "amqmdain qmgr start VPR4" and see if you get the same result.

I notice this is a different queue manager name than in your first post - has that now started successfully? While this other one fails?

If so, you're almost certainly running out of something.

yes u r correct ,HR2 is anothre queue manager, VPR4 which i was mentioned earlier was started using strmqm command..

earlier some queue managers were started but there were disconnected.. also the connect option was disabled..

when i restart the system 2 times.. now all the queue managres are started and connected.. expect VPR4 & VPR5 queue managers..
when i start them using strmqm there are started well..

i m not able to understand what is happening here.. i m in total confusion stage..

Please help me out

Thanks in advance

You do know that "strmqm" and "amqmdain qmgr start" work in 2 different ways don't you?

You're not listening. Your starting an additional qmgr on the box has an adverse effect on an already running qmgr on the box.

You are simply SOL. Windows is known not to behave nicely once you try to run more than 9 qmgrs on the same box. Has something to do with the stack allocated to the users etc... The search button is your friend...

Anyways why do you need more than say 4 qmgrs running on the same windows box?

I think the IBM documentation will do a much clearer job than I will

It's not Explorer, it's Windows. As fjb_saper and I have pointed out, you have issues running that number of queue managers on that hardware.
