Whats the diff between JMS / JCA. If I have to connect Middle ware, with the legacy system, what should I pick JMS or JCA. And y ?
You are really talking about two different things here. JCA Stands for Java Connector Architecture. This is just a framework around an EAI which you choose to use (independent of the EAI). JMS on the other hand stands for Java Messaging Service. This is independent of any vendor API and is easily portable across systems with different messaging servers. Weblogic typiically uses this architecture connecting enterprise systems with the underlying EAI thru JCA. Hope that helped a li'l bit.
