Hi,

I am trying to use abend analzyer to gain some more information on why a flow abended. I started off with mdb 'core file name' and then issued ::stackregs but that didn't give me anything that useful. I've tried some of the other commands but I didn't find the output useful. I thought it was possible to analyse a core dump file such that a sensible report was generated. Is this not the case?

Has anyone been able to produce a useful report after using abend analyzer? What commands did you use?

Platform is WMB 6/Solaris 10
