I am writing a Cobol program to populate RFH2 header using cobol. I am able to send messages to the queue but the user folder alone doesn't appears. When I browed the messages written into the queue, It seems that the userfolder informations are written to other folder. Any suggestions how to get ride of this issue, please...

i don't understand your description. maybe you should post the code snipped of the part you build the mq message including the headers and the put together with what you see when you browse the message.

on a "seems to be" description the only thing i can answer something like a "maybe your program is wrong" , which is not really helpful

Don't know if the qmgr on ZOS supports a C version of XMS...
This would help deal with all the RFH type headers...
