Guys,
I have a question around using different versions of Soap messages:
I have a WSDL that have two Bindings:
SoapBinding, and
Soap12Binding
If I try to create a Message set in Broker, and select both bindings, I get the following error:
Quote: |
The bindings "PINManagementSoapBinding" and "PINManagementSoap12Binding" reference the same operation and have the same style. An operation may only be used once per style ... |
I figured this is two versions of a Soap message. I use SoapUI for testing and when I import the same WSDL to it, it has no problem with it - and apparently my team members say that in WID it also has no problem.
In SoapUI I get two operations listed with the following Soap namespaces:
<soapenv:Envelope xmlns:soapenv="http://schemas.xmlsoap.org/soap/envelope/"
<soap:Envelope xmlns:soap="http://www.w3.org/2003/05/soap-envelope"
Am I correct to assume that I am dealing here with different Soap versions that reference the same operations? Then, if this is the case, is Broker behaving as it is supposed to?
Then if the above is correct, my only alternative is to create two message sets, one per version (binding) and have two Soap Input nodes in my flows for the two versions? |
