Hello folks,
I am trying to find a tool or a script which can be used to run the install for WMQ & WMB on an AIX machine . If anyone knows or aware of any freeware tools out there , I would really appreciate the help .
Thanks _________________ "We can't solve problems by using the same kind of thinking we used

I'm not clear what you want. The installation is a pretty simple process using (e.g.) rpm or smit or whatever on Unix systems.
What exactly do you want to achieve? _________________ Cheers,

So what I need are the steps to follow when installing WMB on AIX , commands to exuctes ? If you know where I can get this information , pleas share . thanks

Message Broker uses the same Java installer on all platforms (except zOS), with slightly different names for the installer.
So everything you've done on Windows is applicable on AIX.
You may need to talk to your AIX admin about getting access to an X-Windows display, if you are not comfortable doing a silent install. |
