Is there any way we could write an Ant script for deleting the Websphere BPEL Process instances with terminated state.

Or

What is the best solution for Deleting the Websphere BPEL Process instances with terminated state.

There is no reason why you could not write this, you can call the BPE API (via SOAP or EJB) to delete the instances.

You can then stop the process template via JMX and then uninstall the enterprise application via JMX.

All very doable by an experienced java developer.
