I turn on the global security but when i am trying to restart the server ( after sopped), I could not do that. I can not run any wsadmin command nor I can access the admin console. How can i reverse the global security on so that I can start the server?

You can disable security by going into WPS installalation BIN directory
and run the following command
wsadmin -conntype NONE
At the Promt type SECURITYOFF and then restart server.
