I need to install MQ 6.0 Server (and client) into a Windows network which has three different Active Directory forests, each forest has a domain. There is a two-way trust relationship between each of the forests.

Question 1 -
Using a domain administrator user which was also a member of the mqm group, that user was not able to run the MQ service.

Question 2 -
Are there any special setup steps to handle two way trust relationships from outside the domain where MQ server is installed?
