Hi,

Could you please explain me how the ALE on R/3 side and MQSeries for R/3 are linked together.What are the files that does the linking. If possible is it possible to post few sample config files.

Have you read the manual, this goes over the process (SAP Transactions etc) and gives areasonable explanation. Also there are other threads which you may fine useful on this site. Your basically interested in in.ini, out.ini and smqDestConf.
