In the RFHUTIL we can send a file to destination queue manager but what is the size of the message length for a message to send it .Can you please help in this issue

The MQMD.msglength is automatically set based on the file size read in.

If you mean what is the max that can be sent - I don't know of a limit but I have personally sent messages from files using RFHUTILC that were about 14 MB.

You may have to increase max message length on channels etc.
