Hi everybody!
I have a silly question regardless broker domain creation and configuration.
So far, my domain only has one broker that shares a queue manager with domain's configuration manager.
Now, i would like to have at least three brokers in a single domain. My question is should each one of them have it's own queue manager or they can share the one that already exists? I guess that is a performance matter.
Suppose that i create for each broker it's own queue manager. Now, i know that i must connect configuration manager's queue manager with brokers queue managers (as explained in system admin guide), but i what i don't know is do i need to connect brokers queue managers between themselves??
Can someone answer me, please? And perhaps provide an explanation...
Thank you!
Each Broker can have its own Config Manager, optionally sharing the same QM.
Or one Config Manager / QM can be used to admin many brokers. In this design usually you don't also have a Broker sharing that same QM, but its not impossible. _________________ Peter Potkay
