Hi,
I am trying to download all messages from a remote QM using ih03 utility mqcapturec. If I use mqcaponec with the same parm file, I am able to connect to the QM and retrieve the first message (though it gives an error). But if I use the exact same remote QM name for mqcapturec, it fails to connect with MQRC 2058. Any idea what might be the reason?

The output for mqcapturec reads as follows
connecting to queue manager <<channel>>/TCP/<<machine name>>(1414)
MQSeries error with MQCONN on <<channel>>/TCP/<<machine name>>(1414) - compcode = 2, reason = 2058

The output for mqcaponec reads as follows
MQSeries error with MQINQ on << q name>> - compcode = 2, reason = 2038

And I dont know if Q exe comes with a capability to connect to a remote queeu manager. I was not able to use Q to connect to a remote QM.

Any help is appreciated.
