Hi,
there are no options to use the fileinputnode over a proxy in the ftp-tab. Is it possible to use the fileinputnode with an proxy? How can I configure a proxy? |

If there are no proxy properties on the node then it won't appear by asking here!
However I have seen FTP proxies work by passing the target FTP address to the proxy in the username field.
So the FTP application (in this case the node) just connects to the proxy FTP server, but the user credentials used contain the actual FTP address for the proxy to connect to.
Read your FTP proxy documentation to see what mechanisms it supports. |

That's bad news because due to security policy all outbound connections need to use a proxy, ...

In that case, you ought to raise a requirement with IBM. |

Read my post again.
Some FTP proxies support FTP clients that are not proxy aware - find the documentation for your FTP proxy. |
