Hi,

What's the need of FDC file, bcoz i don't any thing about this, and what are impartent parameters we need to identify, how can we work with those parameters.

I'm really sorry Jeevan, form now onwords i'll read the doc's before postimg any thing, here the thing is that i know some thing about FFST's but i want to know which perameters we are going to inform to the IBM care center(what are major parameters we have to observie).

Sandy, read the support information on IBM support site. They have a list of tasks to do to gather information to give to them in support of your PMR.

How can we know that FFST (FDC) file was create in our /errors directory. how can we idetify this..
