Hi , Can somebody help me out in this.

I have just installed WebSphere MQ v7.0 on Windows Vista. All is well as to I see with the installation but when I try to create a queue manager then it gives an error as "not authorised to run this command"

I can understand that I should be in the mqm group can somebody tell what need to be done as in this case. Before when I installed WMQ v6.0 on Win XP then I did not have to make any changes any where.

You will probably need to run under admin priviledges...under Vista.

Hi Saper , Is is better to add the user (say for example I use ravikrg as login id) in the mqm group so that i will not have to do any other login changes.

I can work with the ravikrg login itself. Is it better to use . ?
