I included Fileoutput Node in flow, where I selected FTP option, until this I was able successefully write file to my Window system. In case to use FTP, created myIdentity thru MQSIDBPARMS command. Problem: file never reach to FTP, no any exceptions, no any Error messages in Event Viewer, nothing.
Last thing - file was written to output folder and stop.
Fileoutput node is last node in my flow and I am using debug to monitor success to get to this Node and beyondand there are no any exceptions.

Your description could have been a little bit more clearer. Regardless, I'll take a stab at some things you have to ensure beforehand.
a) I guess you'd have to ensure that the broker runtime Id has "write" permissions on the directory where you are attempting to write the file. I do vaguely remember one of my colleagues having "write" permission problems. I'll check with him next week and see what he has done.
b) If the file has not been written to the output folder on the unix box, something somewhere has definitely gone wrong. It may just be that your error handling is not well-rounded/comprehensive and you may have hence missed the details of what exactly is happening under the covers.
Did u generate a trace at each node and output to the userlog or to any file? If you did, anything suspicious there? |

sjp, what version of WMB are you using? There was a defect in V6.1, cured in FP2, that caused the broker to ignore failing FTP connections. _________________ Paul |
