Hi,
I'm running 6.0.2.0 on Solaris 10, I've accidentally deleted some of my (Linear) transaction logs.
So I have: S000040 --> S000069, and S000090 onwards. I.e. 20 or so logs are missing, strmqm comes back with an 893 error.
I don't need to keep the messages in the transaction logs, but I do need to get the qmgr back up(!).
Any ideas? Is there a way of resetting the log 'pointer' back to S0000000.LOG?

Use MS03 and recreate the qmgr or
do a cold start procedure, as its not fully recommended by IBM,
but this help you to retain and get your qmgr back.
